What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload a change with .tcl files in it
2. View the files in side-by-side diff

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect to see CodeMirror Tcl syntax highlighting based on the commit message from Change Ie3cc3657.  See no markup instead.  Try selecting it manually from the gear menu.  Tcl isn't listed as a choice.

Please provide any additional information below.

I haven't set up a build environment to test, but Modes.I.tcl() is conspicuously absent from the all[] array in ModeInjector.java unlike the other dozen and a half languages added in https://gerrit-review.googlesource.com/#/c/56580/.

Indeed, code mirror supports Tcl: [1].
