Hi Google guys,
How could this take more than a week to solve? Is there an ETA for this?
It is an embarrassing javascript error and is causing user confusion.

It's not browser specific. Same issue on Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. Disappointing Google hasn't addressed this issue yet since it's whole purpose is to drive people to YouTube for subscriptions. Please respond devs!

@studshooter Your issue isn't really related to this ticket, but anyway your Channel ID is "UCscdmRMyTZocxTQE4kr1UEA"
th...@gmail.com <th...@gmail.com> #21
@Rapp, actually it does. The Channel ID does produce a button but it doesn't function. Check for yourself on my website on the right sidebar under "SUBSCRIBE":
studshooter.com
Clicking it does nothing. Plus my channel name produces an error button. I had created a separate thread but it was automatically merged with this one.

Well, Google deprecated the subscribe button events which is sucks. See https://developers.google.com/youtube/subscribe/reference
"Note: The Subscribe Button's subscribe and unsubscribe events have been deprecated. Similarly, the data-ytonevent attribute, which could previously be added to the widget element to specify a listener for event notifications, has also been deprecated."

Hi Guys,
Same problem for me, I create a program that use a HTML field to embed the Youtube Video. Since a few days and without changing anything on my program I receive this error. (see attachment)
Seems that ytcfg does not exist but I see a yt.setConfig() probably that the mistake is there !
Many thanks guys if you could correct this issue because all my clients have the same error of course and it's really bad for my company as I cannot change or do anything on my side to avoid this error.
Thanks for your understanding.
Best regards
