Given:

Developer A opens an issue.

Developer B commits a fix, and comments on issue.

Then what? Presumably, in the happy case:

Developer A gives +1 on commit.
Developer B closes issue.

Is that accurate?

Sure, just let me know if I forget or something. I think discipline and process are great. But we are not corporate America/Canada, and a team of two (friends) can afford some informality.

big +1 on informality! But we are not co-located and things can get confusing. As mentioned in other issues, I'm confused as to how much autonomy I have.

If we were co-located, I would change things with reckless abandon and berate you for any criticism :-) But I don't want to step on any toes from afar. Perhaps I'm being too careful.
