Issue 938: Previous year/month and next year/month use the same icon when using a theme

When using a jQuery UI theme, the buttons for previous year and previous month have the same icon, as well the next year and next month. They use the class "ui-icon-circle-triangle-*". I have attached an screenshot showing that.

It would be really interesting to have different icons for being able to distinguish between month and year.

Maybe "ui-icon-circle-arrow-*" would be a suitable alternative for prev/next year.

Yes, jQuery UI themes provide a bunch of other arrow icons. we should use those

This issue was fixed at some point.

I tried my best to find better alternative arrows that signaled a "large" jump forward/backward, and that is what I came up with. Still sort of ugly, but I think that is more a problem with jQuery UI themes in general.
