Changing the timeFormat option (e.g. to 'H:mm') does not change the format of the time column on the left side of agendaWeek views.

I had the same problem. You have to change the global option axisFormat:

@Adam: Could you please add a little hint about this on the timeFormat page:

http://arshaw.com/fullcalendar/docs/text/timeFormat/

On the parent page is axisFormat linked as "related", but a more prominent link on the timeFormat page could reduce the confusion. :)

this confusion wouldn't happen if "timeFormat" had a better name. like "eventTimeFormat". will do that at some point...
