Issue 2087: The 'd' cate format also changed meaning but is not mentioned in the changes document.

I the old calendar 'd' would mean the day of the month. Now it means day of the week. 'D' should be used instead, or 'DD' if you want leading zeroes.

This is all fine and good, but it's not mentioned in the list of Changes, which confused me when the date formatting got all strange. [The 0th of January!? ;-) ]
