I want to limit the number of overlapping events over a determined period of time.

For example, if I define 5 as the maximum number of overlapping events per hour, when I reach 5 events that are overlapping in every hour span, I cannot overlap anymore events in that period of time.

How can this be done ?

Thanks

issue 396 deals with prevent a single overlapping event, but is not concerned with limiting it to an arbitrary number. i will "accept" this feature request, but it might take quite a while to implement it... depends on the demand from other people. thanks!
Summary: Limit overlapping events to a specific number of events (was: Limit number of overlapping events in a determined time span)
