When you are relocating a file there is a case that if the destination
tier is full then relocation may land up to source tier

This is important issue but can be taken care of by just checking the block device
number.

This will be dealt with when the coding resumes

I think there should not be any issues.
This might surely be helpful if OHSM tries to provide defragmentation.
And keeping the ongoing effort for ext4, I think this is not an issue at all.

But on the contrast, this could lead to unnecessary delay and wastage of time for the
relocation code.

Any suggestions/comments?

As per current implementation we have added the entire range of file system if the
tier is full.
Then a case is possible in which the file is relocated to the same tier.

Everyone please look into it and please put forward your suggestion to it.
