Issue 126: Use the ext2 superblock values from sbi and not sbi-s_es

Values in sbi->s_es are the ondisk values which are stored in little endian
form. OHSM code which relies on these values should take it from the in
memory values which are properly byte swapped, else we might get wrong
values and crash or corruption.

I think then we can close this issue?? This should be moved into the FIXED state, if
its fixed.
