What do you mean by "Because user can have many tier device files ???" Kindly elaborate.

Like the xml files can be device1.xml device2.xml device3.xml and can have various tier device mappings in it (devices may or may not be present in same LV if system LV is not selected). I had a discussion with RA I have got the answer for the question.

I am still unable to understand this? Can you explain the issue to me in detail?

By many tier device file it means that the user may have different configurations for a system. In one file he may keep device sda1 and sda2 on tier 1 In other file he may have sda1 on tier 1 and sda2 on tier 2 So the user may have many tier device file. After the designing of the final GUI all the issues have been resolved. Hence closing the issue
