| 2 people starred this issue and may be notified of changes. | Back to list |
Hey guys, in DarkRP when you try to chat, you always send out two chat posts. One that is normal and another that says *Dead* included in the post. This has something to do with Evolve enterlacing with DarkRP's chat. What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Running DarkRP 2. Running Evolve. 3. Trying to chat. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? One chat post. Two identical chat posts. What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Windows, Evolve SVN. Please provide any additional information below.

I do have to say, I tested it with the latest DarkRP SVN and it works (DarkRP by FPtje) And the code seems OK to me (I can't code/script lua) but using common sense.

I just tested DarkRP on my own server and it worked just fine. Also, that code has nothing to do with it, team colors didn't work at all in revision 101, in rev 102 they should only work on Sandbox, unless you called your DarkRP gamemode "Sandbox". Check your Lua cache and try disabling any fastDL.
