if you are in the server can you do status in console (game)
than you see

hostname: Build
version : 1.0.0.76/14 3740 secure
udp/ip : your ip of the server blabla
map     : gm_flatgrass at: 0 x, 0 y, 0 z
players : 1 (8 max)

# userid name uniqueid connected ping loss state
# 132 ".::[TSD]::. |  Owner  | Delta" STEAM_0:1:******* 01:41 63 0 active

You can use this than. Ev rank 132 Owner

you see your name and that is this (my name now)
# 132 ".::[TSD]::. |  Owner  | Delta
you need for add you as owner this 132

i hope that you understand it and try it :D
