The queen is missing.

Looks like a quest collison issue - i.e. another quest affects this one.

ditto. queen missing. Abandoning quest is not a fix according to others. 
Important because the reward is a skillpoint.

I did the quest to kill the shade of Naemon before this one and Queen Ayrenn has been removed from this house in Marbruk.

I am also stuck unable to turn in the quest. speaking to the queen where she *is* (hectahame) does not trigger the quest reward either.

I had the same problem, but abandoning the quest Shades of Green caused her to return to her house in Marbruk and enabled you to turn in Report to Marbruk. If you still have that quest, that is a good solution, and then you can just pick up that quest again from the NPC beside her house afterwards.

Having the same problem. I have no option to abandon the "Shades of Green" quest, as I have already finished it. I need a solution to this problem, as it is a skill point reward and I will out-level it with my next level-up. Please, Please, PLEASE fix this bug?!?

I have this one too... Made mistake of abandoning quest. Now cannot pick quest up again with Major Cirenwe (only option in dialogue is… Goodbye). If someone finds solution, give me a nudge

I've got it as well, this time customer support is not recommending abandoning the questline, just /reloadui, /camp and repair bshit :)
