dynawa.file.mkdir(name) - Creates directory. "name" is full pathname. Returns true when succesful. Returns false when directory (or file with same name) already exists.

mkdir fails on names with trailing slash. E.g. "/dir1/dir2" is OK while "/dir1/dir2/" fails.

The current mkdir() behaviour is correct. If called with "/dir1/dir2/" parameter it's in fact requested to create a "" subdirectory in "/dir1/dir2" (existing) directory which is obviously nonsense.
