| Issue 356: | Allow absolute paths in icon URIs | |

Hi, we started using dynatree in our content management framework a short while ago. First, thanks for the nice product, it allowed for quick integration, and we plan to deploy it more systematically. Now to the feature request. Currently, ``data.icon`` is inconditionally concatenated with opts.imagePath (itself defaulting to ``/skin``). But our framework provides absolute paths URIs (such as ``/myportal/news_item.png``). It does so because it's designed to work under several virtual hosting conditions at the same time with no need for the reverse proxies to rewrite HTML content. I think a simple test to let absolute paths go through with no concatenation would be appropriate. I've actually done it directly on the minified version we include (see http://hg.cps-cms.org/products/CPSUtil/rev/a0f0695b238c, but it's quite unreadable, I can issue a proper patch if you like) NB: CSS based icons aren't really practical for us at this point. Everything is configurable and even dynamical in that framework, including document types, and I'd like not to have to generate stylesheets. Keep up the good work !
