| Issue 192: | Parent of nested childs cannot be clicked properly in webkit | |
| 1 person starred this issue and may be notified of changes. | Back to list |
OS: Win7, but complaint originally came from a user using Apple OSX Browser: Chrome, Safari (Webkit, basically). Reproduce by opening html file in attachment, when copied to the /doc/ folder of v1.1.1 (as requested). I'm adding tree items statically with html <ul> and <li> nodes. When a node is added that has an expanded sub-node, the span is shifted up. The highest node can no longer be checked properly because this span is layed over it. Only the top can still be clicked/checked. I think this might have been fixed for issue133 (not sure, but the issue looks very similar). However, this fix was undone for issue165 .

Using strict is a workaround.

As of 2014 Dynatree is feature frozen. Please have a look at Fancytree (sequel of DynaTree 1.x): chances are good that the problem was resolved / the requested featuer is already implemented. Please open a new issue there otherwise: https://github.com/mar10/fancytree
