This is a porting of software for Rino, an indoor autonomous robot: http://code.google.com/p/dspid33/ This version is for Lino, a 4W drive outdoor Robot: http://www.guiott.com/Lino/index.html it runs on the same board: http://www.guiott.com/Lino/dsNav/dsNav.htm The four wheels are driven with two dsNav boards, a master one, that receives commands data from an IMU, and a slave that only maintains the rear wheels at the same speed of the front one. A lot of optimizations have be done from the original dsPID33 software. This is software is much more simple because it contains only the code required to maintain desired speed of the wheels. All the navigation, SLAM and obstacle avoidance code has been demanded to a board with high level OS. |
