The number of DNA molecules present in a digital polymerase chain reaction (dPCR) partition can be described by the Poisson distribution. Determining the concentration of DNA molecules can be achieved with maximum likelihood estimation (MLE). The R Statistics code in this project uses MLE and determines the goodness-of-fit of the PCR data.
