Setup a TDWG theme for jekyll at https://github.com/tdwg/tdwg-theme-jekyll
Remove all theme related content from this repo
Link to external theme
Make navbar customizable
Move terms.tmpl back to build/ directory
Use non-fluid container for guides, except quick reference
Use home template without navbar
