[User feedback]:

I selected the Dart Editor as the default program for .dart files, but when I launch the editor by double clicking a .dart file, it just opens itself with whatever it was last loaded with, and not the .dart file that I tried to launch it through.

Was able to reproduce it on linux.

user feedback:

On windows if I associate .dart files to this editor, please open only one instance of the editor when I double click the .dart file.

The current situation is a new editor instance for every new file clicked.
