Today Dartium appeared to stop running my Dart code. There was nothing to all in the Console, despite reloading the page several times.

After much head scratching, I remembered that Dartium expires after 60 days so I downloaded the latest one and everything works.

I can repro this with the current stable version linked from dartlang.org; I wound my block forwards 3 months and Dart code fails to execute (HTML does render), but there's no visual indication of why.

I'm using Windows 7 and pulling the HMTL + Dart files via IIS (not using Pub).

This caused me a lot of trouble because it hit right as I switched to Angular2, so I thought the problem was that switch. Please fix, we'd all be grateful.

(Dupe of #18560, which appears to now have a fix!)
