Set a breakpoint in the editor. Can see the blue dot in the editor tab, but opening the breakpoints view shows there are no breakpoints and the code does not break at set line.

Possibly related to 9766? Does clicking on different frames in the debugger view help?

Yes, it looks like if the isolate is selected then there is nothing shown in the breakpoints view.
