The suite_Smoke/desktopui_UrlFetch.not-live has failed with the error : 
"ERROR|site_utils:0077| Timeout waiting to open http://localhost:8000/hello.htm

cf http://chromegw/i/chromeos/builders/lumpy-binary/builds/842/steps/VMTest/logs/stdio

the debug log of the test is attached.

Seems to be a local server, not sure how we can get a network failure
