Already (at least partially) fixed in FutureRelease. Keeping open to make sure everything is actually fixed.

What happened here (follow link below)??? Why did the help desk person turn into a blob?? This is a serious step in a terrible direction for emoji on Android.

Description
OS Version: 5.0 (LRX21O)
The new android changed a few emoji. These emoji are found to be inconsistent with the other emoji.
For Examples:
1. Size of U+1F603 v.s. U+253A (size-compare-1.png)
In 4.4, it is larger then U+253A.
In 5.0, it is considerable smaller then U+253A.
2. Size of U+1F603, U+1F630, U+1F631 (size-2.png)
These emoji are much smaller then other emojis when compare side-by-side.
3. Color of U+1F603
All other faces are in color #fcc21b, only U+1F603 is in #fbb817.
4. Color of U+1F630, U+1F631 v.s. U+1F628
The blue shade of U+1F630, U+1F631 is much darker then U+1F628.
So dark that the face color #fcc21b cannot be see.
The color just does not fit in.
