Well, I can't get it working with 3) and 4) on Android 4.1.1 so this must be true...
But that would be so cheap and would make this function unusable for many scenarios - unbelievable.

This bug completely breaks autodiscovery for Microsoft Office 365. Do you think the priority could be bumped up? Seems like a pretty big deal to me.

I can't believe that this activesync autodiscover issue hasn't been fixed yet. This would make it so much easier for end users to setup their Exchange email accounts on their devices. I probably get a least a call a week from users asking me how to do this...

but not those located at
`data/data/APP_ID/app_webview/Service Worker/CacheStorage`
`data/data/APP_ID/app_webview/Service Worker/Database`
`data/data/APP_ID/app_webview/Service Worker/ScriptCache`
Either `WebView.clearCache(true)` should delete these files or there should be another API for doing so.
