These files are present in r14b. I guess they snuck back in, or did someone decide they were actually needed? Not sure how Windows and OS X users are to deal with this situation.

Those files are copies of linux uapi headers in bionic. They are not needed for Android developments, and will be removed from next release. Please overwrite them to workaround
