After reproducing the issue, navigate to developer settings, ensure ‘USB debugging’ is enabled, then enable ‘Bug report shortcut’. To take bug report, hold the power button and select the ‘Take bug report’ option.

Description
- Steps to reproduce the problem (including sample code if appropriate).
1. Let the pixel drain to around 35
2. watch it shut down
3. Device will not power back on until placed on the charger
This points to an issue in the power management code written by qualcomm
- What happened.
Phone shuts down abruptly at the between the 25-35% mark
- What you think the correct behavior should be.
battery was between 25-35%, and the phone under normal conditions should have lasted for at least next 3-4 hours.
