wro4j - issue #869

"MinimizeEnabled" not handled by wro.properties

Using as setup like https://code.google.com/p/wro4j/wiki/ConfigureWro4jViaSpring edit wro.properties to set: minimizeEnabled=false

At runtime, that's not obeyed.

"minimizeEnabled" should also be documented at https://code.google.com/p/wro4j/wiki/ConfigurationOptions
