Having cpack working with external projects

cmake does not come with 'make uninstall' making it very difficult to uninstall external wrapitk projects. cpack should be used t avoid this problem.

Similar to WRAP_ITK_INSTALL, it would be good to have something like WRAP_ITK_PACKAGE to automate the task.
