What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Resizing window using default shortcuts

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 10.0.0.6 on Windows 7 Professional / 32bit

Please provide any additional information below. Seems WinLayout is not working. Works perfectly on Windows XP Professional workstation.

I'm sorry, you can close/delete this issue. After a system reboot, WinLayout works correctly.
