Posted on Sep 4, 2009 by Helpful BirdDear breakfast,
This is the feature I like most. Sometimes, when I click links on pages they open popup windows with fixed size, but I am not able to see everything the page should show up. There is where WinLayout comes to the rescue in that it sometimes resize the windows so that I can see it accordingly. I must confess: You are a clever user and have found one of the most advanced and hidden features of WinLayout.
If more and more users start complaining about it, then I'll turn back to this issue and see what can be done to change this behaviour.

Posted on Sep 4, 2009 by Helpful BirdI don't know why, but some windows are not resizable in any way. As an example, try resizing CCleaner windows, by the way.

The CCleaner windows are probably monitoring for resize messages and overriding them.
If this is a wontfix, is there a way to resize a window back to its original size?

Posted on Sep 4, 2009 by Helpful BirdEvery time I resorted to this feature it was just a matter of closing the window and opening it again. But if application saves position and/or size, you'd have to find out how to reset it, but it'd sound strange for me to have an application whose window(s) is/are fixed, but have its/their length save before closing.
