What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Download and import Webm preset https://code.google.com/p/winff/downloads/detail?name=googlewebm.wff

2. Output Details Convert to: Google Preset: Google WebM for Android 2.3.3+

Video Video Bitrate: 500 Frame Rate: 30 Video Size: 320 X 240 Aspect Ratio: 4:3 2 pass: ticked

Crop Top: 8 Bottom: 8 Left: 8 Right: 8

3. Convert

What is the expected output? Lets say source video is 640x480. Expected to crop to 624x464 then resize output to 320x240.

What do you see instead? Output 624x464

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? WinFF 1.5.4 Windows 7 with Service Pack 1

Please provide any additional information below. This appears to be different than issue 146 as resizing is completely ignored here.
