Posted on Jun 24, 2009 by Helpful Bearhad the same issue - fixed it by doing the following: instead of starting the application through the direct link 'media browser' I started it by chosing 'extras library' and the I srted the application with the icon marked 'media browser'. After that I was able to start the aplication the normal way.
btw: It was an upgrade of a previous version + windows 7.

Posted on Jun 25, 2009 by Helpful DogI had the same problem. Try downloading the update made on Feb. 26. Its version number 2.0.9.0. It worked for me. I've been looking for solutions all night, but I uninstalled the current version and installed that one and it came right up.
