had the same issue - fixed it by doing the following: instead of starting the application through the direct link 'media browser' I started it by chosing 'extras library' and the I srted the application with the icon marked 'media browser'. After that I was able to start the aplication the normal way.

btw: It was an upgrade of a previous version + windows 7.

I had the same problem. Try downloading the update made on Feb. 26. Its version number 2.0.9.0. It worked for me. I've been looking for solutions all night, but I uninstalled the current version and installed that one and it came right up.
