i successfull compile the hole project..but after starting ffmpeg with the unlogo plugin 3 windows opened and the output windows (also the input) has false colors..the result is that i see in every frame the replaced png..the cmd output looks like this:

please note that your checkout script for ffmpeg cant find the correct libswscale (it seems that its removed from the mplayer svn). so i checked out:

svn co -r 24791 svn://svn.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg/trunk ffmpeg >> /dev/null

is that maybe the problem?

do you have anywhere a osx binary that i can compare on my systems?
