If two files are diffed in TortoiseMerge but the text part of the files is identical, the user would not notice other differences like whitespace-only diffs, eol diffs and changes in encoding.

Sure, the diffs are shown in the status bar, but that's not where most users look in such a situation.

Show an information dialog telling the user if there are such differences in the files which are not visible in the views.
