You guys did a great job at reducing the size of compiled library! I've been having problems with both the standard ethernet library and the Ethernet2 library.

Here's a topic that describes the problem (demo code added).

Can someone please have a look at this issue? We bought a bunch of ethernet shields for a project, but we can't use them because of this bug..

Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
