DmxSimple: Maximise utility of analogWrite PWM pins

Using SimpleDMX currently disables three PWM pins. Minimise by changing timers, and/or how they are used.

Fixed. Now uses Timer2 in a way compatible with PWM. All PWMs can be used except pin 3 which is used by DMX. Awaiting QA.
