[patch] Crash in readCloneableMetadataFromPath

I've managed to create a tar archive (with code signing xattrs) that crashes The Unarchiver.

Naive patching of the crashing function seems to resolve the problem - patch attached.

I think it's a bit more complicated than this.

I've tried a fix here, see if this one works better.
