spiffyui - issue #1

No public-facing maven repository hosts spiffyui artifacts

Need to make spiffyui artifacts available to consuming projects using a maven repository.

The eventual goal will be to host the artifacts in maven central. The interim milestone might be to host our own repo for the google-code project, and just have repo details explicitly mentioned in our pom.xml.
