LindenHill-italic_cpsp.fea missing

The file lindenhill/LindenHill-italic_cpsp.fea isn't present in the repository. This causes building lindenhill from a clone of the repository to fail, since it's listed as a dependency in lindenhill/Makefile.am:

make[1]: * No rule to make target LindenHill-Italic_cpsp.fea', needed byLindenHill-Italic.otf'. Stop.

Copying the file in from the last source release tarball makes it build happily.
