What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected the page to load with all the accordions closed and when pop open the accordion and click on the button to view the modal, have the modal appear. however, when the page loads all the accordions are open and the modal doesn't work. I have each working separately, but combined they fail.

***What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

i'm using the most current version of everything. my OS is vista home edition...
