PKG-INFO file missing

It is recommended to create source dist using the sdist command ('python setup.py sdist'). Then .. the PKG-INFO will be generated.

This is useful for tools that manage pypi sources to find metadata (without having to run setup.py which might contain arbitrary code)

Thanks for the suggestion, I will include the PKG-INFO file in the next release tarball.
