generalize blockgen.py

Let us enhance the box mesh generator by other simple geometric objects (sphere, cylinder, ...).

Also rename blockgen.py -> meshgen.py?

I have made a separate script (cylindergen.py) for cylinder-like geometries. Also the functionality is in sfepy/fem/mesh_generators.py now.
