This ticket is intended for sorting out what needs doing to get rworldmap ready for CRAN.

I reckon we need the following:

• vignette
• good examples
• removal of 'boilerplate' from docs (the stuff automatically put in when generating .Rd files from code, marked with ~~ mostly).

Should we also:

• rationalise function names?

These are all fixed since rworldmap has been up on CRAN. Andy
