To use synergy with certain games running on a client machine, relativeMouseMoves must be set in the synergy.conf file. Currently quicksynergy overwrites this file each time execute is pressed.

Attached is a patch file that contains mods to the settings tab to enable/disable relative mouse moves, and screen saver sync.
