Although I managed to compile basic Qt classes, build system is not working. We need to combine all together C++ and D.

there is a makefile now which works okey. it would be better to use cmake, but this can be done later

OS must be identified not by make or mingw32-make name. MinGW distr from nuwen.net contains make utility called make.exe, not mingw32-make. This is popular distr.

Ok, I was prompted with a better way to detect an OS. With my next commit I will make the fix.
