log into the machine with the account you are installing qizmt as, and verify that you can read and write files to \\ if this can not be done, then this access will need to be set up for tha account that qizmt will run under. Also, anything in windows event log from when running installer? The account you set qizmt to run under needs permissions to run as a windows service.
