py-bcrypt - issue #4

pybc_blf.h not included in certain situations

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. python setup.py sdist

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Expect that the tarball will include pybc_blf.h. It doesn't.

The following patch fixes the issue.

I think I fixed this in py-bcrypt-0.3
