This Pidgin plugin grabs an identi.ca RSS feed and uses the latest update as your Pidgin status message. Based heavily on the pidgintwitter-status plugin. Feel free to contact me if you have suggestions, want to add features, work on the code, etc...

Features:

  • set how often it updates your status
  • preserve your status when extended away
  • option to use @replies as your status
  • option to remove #tag mark-up from status messages
