Convert nwc(Noteworthy Composer file) into MusicXML format.

The nwc2xml console program converts .nwc file format(http://www.noteworthysoftware.com/) into MusicXML(http://www.makemusic.com/musicxml). Current version supports .nwc version upto 2.0 into MusicXML1.1.
